Find the Right Footage in Seconds — Not Days
Modern CCTV networks capture everything and reveal little, because no one can search them fast enough. Our AI video intelligence platform searches hundreds of cameras and hours of recordings in seconds — locating a specific person by face, body or clothing, then reconstructing exactly where they went and when.
Why Speed Decides the Outcome
When a child goes missing, a suspect flees a scene, or an intrusion is detected at a port or power station, the decisive evidence almost always already exists somewhere on the network. The only question is whether it can be found in the first hour, while it still matters. Three kinds of incident are routinely decided in that first hour:
Disaster & emergency
locating people and assessing danger as a situation unfolds.
Missing persons
children, the elderly and dementia patients, where every passing minute widens the search radius.
Violent crime
tracking a suspect's direction of travel before the trail goes cold.
Manual monitoring cannot keep pace. In some operations the number of cameras assigned to one operator has reached roughly 1,000, against an official recommendation of fewer than 50. Reviewing recorded footage by eye takes 30 minutes to 2 hours per hour of video, and accuracy falls sharply with fatigue.
Manual review vs. AI-assisted search
| Measure | Today — manual review | With AI video intelligence |
|---|---|---|
| Speed | 30 min – 2 hrs per hour of video | 5–15 seconds per hour of video |
| Accuracy | Degrades with fatigue (~50% effective) | 99.98% facial recognition (certified) |
| Coverage | 5–18 cameras per operator | 100+ cameras per operator |
Accuracy independently certified by Korean government testing agencies (KISA K-NBTC; tested over 4.25 million times, KOLAS, ISO/IEC 25023).
How an Investigation Works
The platform is server-based and accessed through a standard web browser. It connects to the cameras and recording systems you already own, analyses both live and recorded video, and returns results an investigator can act on immediately.
Set the target
select a person directly from footage, upload a photo, or describe attributes (gender, clothing type and colour, accessories). Multiple targets can be searched at once.
Choose cameras & time
pick cameras on a map by drawing an area or setting a radius, and define one or more time windows — or set "live" for real-time detection.
Run AI analysis
the system scans the selected footage and returns candidates ranked by similarity, with near real-time progress shown per camera.
Reconstruct the route
confirmed matches are plotted as an animated movement route on a map, showing where the subject went and when.
Generate the report
a downloadable report captures the route, timestamps, camera locations and matched images — ready for an investigation file.
How fast is it, really?
On a single server the platform analyses 100 hours of video in 7 to 25 minutes — about 5 to 15 seconds for every hour of footage. An operator can search a full day of recordings from dozens of cameras over a lunch break, instead of tasking a team for several days. For live operations, the same server runs real-time detection across up to 50 cameras per target, flagging a person the moment they reappear and pinning their current location on the map.
Search by Face, Body or Description — Even with a Mask
| Search method | Accuracy | When it is used |
|---|---|---|
| Facial recognition | 99.98% (98.45% masked) | A clear face is available; robust to lighting, pose and accessories |
| Re-identification by image | 99.9% | Find the same person across cameras from a single photo, using body shape and clothing |
| Re-identification by attributes | 96.41% | No photo exists — search by description alone, e.g. "man, long-sleeve red top, dark trousers" |
What It Delivers by Mission
National Security
Find a person of interest in seconds from a photo or description; reconstruct movement and associations; track active subjects live across up to 50 cameras per target.
Police
Locate suspects from a description or a single still; follow a fleeing offender camera-to-camera; build a court-ready timeline and route map in minutes.
Missing Persons
Find a missing child, elderly or vulnerable person fast by uploading a photo and searching the surrounding network — the difference between same-day recovery and a prolonged search.
Smart Cities
Manage hundreds of cameras with a small team; surface incident hot-spots to direct resources where they are needed most.
Critical Infrastructure
Protect ports, airports, power, water and telecoms with continuous monitoring and rapid post-incident search across the whole site.
Proven in the Field
These are not hypothetical scenarios. The platform has been used at national level to find a missing dementia patient who disappeared from a riverside area — by searching surrounding cameras for clothing and reconstructing the path — to locate a missing child from a photo and attributes, and to identify a theft suspect by matching clothing and a vehicle near the scene, leading to a rapid arrest. It is deployed today with national intelligence and police bodies, a national security research institute, and dozens of municipalities.
Beyond search: real-time safety detection
On the same camera network and the same server, the platform also detects flame and smoke, a person falling, intrusion by person or vehicle, loitering, overcrowding and flooding — with detection performance certified at an average F1-score of around 97% — extending it from investigation into proactive prevention.
Built to Fit Your Infrastructure — Securely
100% on-premise.
The platform runs inside your own infrastructure with no remote access by default. Video, identity and intelligence data never leave your servers — eliminating foreign-access and exfiltration risk.
Works with your cameras.
Integrates with Bosch, Hikvision, Axis, Dahua and other systems via VMS/NVR. No camera replacement required — only a single GPU server to begin.
Discreet, role-based access.
Unlimited user accounts with separate authority levels let sensitive operations be compartmentalised, while a full audit log records every search and result.
Web-standard and open.
Accessed through a browser, with easy integration into other services via a RESTful API.
